Nashville Wardrobe Project
February 10, 2016
Inspired by the Nashville Fashion Alliance's continuous work within our community and the upcoming 2016 Nashville Fashion Week, I wanted to make a difference. I wanted to engage Nashville's growing fashion industry from the other direction.
Supporting our local fashion community is more important than ever. So many of our wardrobe pieces can come from our own backyard. It's not enough to attend the event or share the article. We need to act. Spread the word that a locally-sourced wardrobe is actually possible.
You are an influencer. You can make a difference.
How can you get involved?
Nashville! Challenge yourself to wear at least one item from a local Nashville designer or locally-owned Nashville boutique. Every. Single. Day.
Share your support of the Nashville Wardrobe project on Instagram, tagging @nashvillewardrobeproject and #nashvillewardrobe. Share with your readers the importance of shopping locally! Use any of the photos provided below to show your support.
Next? Start the process. Push your city forward. Wear local and fill your wardrobe with pieces that have meaning.
