Free People + Nashville
July 11, 2014
I had the privilege of participating in a Free People photo shoot with some truly inspiring women. The Free People team came to Nashville and spent the day with six FPME members, shooting around the 12th South neighborhood and Lower Broadway. I wore the Free People Diamonds in the Sky Dress, Phoenix Raffia Straw Hat, Fortune Fringe Crossbody Bag, and Tattered Flag Scarf. We had so much fun! I loved being able to meet all these fine Nashville ladies. So many laughs, immediate bonds. After shooting, we headed to Ruthie Lindsey's home for an intimate dinner curated by Beth Kirby of Local Milk. We heard songwriting ladies croon as the sun set, sipped craft beers, and waited for the most delicious meal to arrive before us. Every detail was perfected for our enjoyment, and I am so thankful to have been part of such a remarkable evening. Squash, zucchini and feta salad, lamb with potatoes and peach galette. As darkness covered Ruthie's backyard, friends and guests joined us for an intimate live set by Sugar and the Hi Lows. Every single moment felt natural and inspired. I laid my head down that night with a new group of sweetheart friendships, a darling little mix of gifts, and a giant smile. Thank you to the Free People ladies and FP Nashville's staff for one of my favorite blogger moments I've ever had. Such a blessing!
